What types of trips do you plan?
Hotel-only bookings do not require a planning fee.
For custom itineraries, a retainer is required to begin the planning process. Our clients are investing in expertise, relationships, access, and time, not just reservations. The result is a journey that’s been thoughtfully designed from start to finish.
Do you charge planning fees?
We don’t simply reserve hotels. We design the flow, the experience, and every detail surrounding your trip. From the moment you inquire, you have a dedicated advisor who knows your preferences, anticipates your needs, and leverages relationships with the world’s top hotels and travel partners to secure access, upgrades, and VIP recognition that simply aren’t available online. We advocate for you before you travel, while you’re there, and every step in between.

Can you book a hotel even if I already know where I want to stay?
Absolutely. Real human support is a cornerstone of what we offer. Whether it’s a proactive heads up about a potential disruption or emergency assistance in the moment, we are reachable and ready. We communicate via WhatsApp and work closely with our destination partners to ensure nothing is left to chance.
Can you help while we are traveling?
Yes, we can assist with commercial air including preferred routes and seat selection. We also coordinate private aviation when needed. Depending on the complexity of your air arrangements we will advise on the best approach during your planning process.
Do you book flights?
Absolutely. If you already have a property in mind, booking through us often means the same or better rate, plus added VIP perks, strategic room placement, and the benefit of having an advocate who has a direct relationship with the property. We even have a direct booking link you can save for booking on your own time, but with our benefits.
Yes. In most cases, reservations made through Bluespace Luxe are fully eligible for hotel loyalty points and status benefits. We will always confirm this on a property by property basis during the planning process.

Can you accommodate special requests?
Yes, and it’s one of our strengths. We specialize in luxury family travel including teen-friendly itineraries, multigenerational trips, and experiences that balance sophistication with fun. We know how to design a trip that works beautifully for every age at the table.
Do you work with families and teenagers?
The earlier the better, especially for peak travel. As a general guide, European summer travel should be planned 6 to 12 months out, safari and holiday travel 9 to 18 months out, and festive season travel as early as possible. Luxury villas and sought-after properties book quickly so we always recommend reaching out sooner rather than later.
How far in advance should we plan?
It starts with an initial inquiry followed by a discovery call where we get to know you, your travel style, and your vision. From there we present a proposal, collect a retainer, and begin designing your custom itinerary. Throughout the planning process we handle every detail, from accommodations and transfers to dining reservations and special experiences. Once you travel, we remain available to support you every step of the way.
What is the process for working together?

In the event of changes or disruptions, we advocate on your behalf with suppliers, help navigate cancellation and rebooking terms, and work to find the best possible solution. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all our clients and are happy to assist with that as part of your planning process.
What happens if plans change?
Yes. We offer a complimentary discovery call to learn about your travel vision and determine if we’re the right fit for your journey. There’s no obligation and no pressure, just a conversation.
Do you offer complimentary consultations?
We intentionally work with a limited number of clients to ensure an exceptionally personalized experience. We are best suited for travelers who value quality over cost, trust the expertise of their advisor, and are ready to invest in a journey that’s been designed with intention.
